During your initial intake, we will begin delving into your unique healing story.  It is important to thoroughly explore your history, current mental and physical health status, and what you hope to gain from your acupuncture experience.

Please plan on this first visit to take up to 2 hours as we lay the groundwork for your treatment plan. Successive appointments are 45 minutes to an hour.
